The main tasks include replacement of windows, doors , siding, fire escapes, decks, roof drainage, selective roofing, sheathing and insulation on the exterior. In the interior, replacement of the fire alarm system, lighting, selective HVAC, bathroom finishes and painting. The estimated value of the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid guarantee is required. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
