The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small business (EDWOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price contract.The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to Replace HVAC and Humidity control system in the parks Curatorial Facility at Kalaupapa National Historical Park (KALA) Molokai HI. Work will consist of the following:• Furnish and install new mini-split air-conditioning systems in the curatorial facility.• 8 Fan Coil Wall Mounted Units• 5 Air Cooled Condensing UnitsProject Location: Curatorial Facility, Kalaupapa National Historical Park (KALA), Molokai. Mobilization of materials to KALA is either by small aircraft with daily flights on Mokulele Airlines (passenger service), Kamaka Air, LLC (courier service), or on the annual barge with a sail date from Honolulu, HI (typically in mid-August).The acquisition is subject to the North American industry System (NAICS) code of 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors.
