questions and answers. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. Question: Is this a defense article subject to ITAR control? Answer: No. Question: Is this item under Export Control regulated by the EAR? (e.g. Dual-use products, aerospace & propulsion applications) Answer: No. Question: Will the part be used with a laser or in a laser system? Answer: Yes. Question: If yes, is this an intra-cavity optic? Answer: No. Question: Will this be exported and, if so, where? Answer: No. Question: Is there a specific application you are planning to use these parts? Answer: These samples will undergo biofouling and will then be analysed to characterize the nature of the biofouling. Question: Do you have any drawings/prints? If so, can you please provide them? Answer: There are no drawings/prints.
