This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336611 – Ship Building and Repairing with a size standard of 1300 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Revetment Branch of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for the modification of thirty-four (34) mat barges that are used in the transporting of articulated concrete mattress (ACM).
