• (vii) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks a contractor to provide is seeking potential sources capable of supplying Software, Software Installation, and Additional Components for the Simens MAGNETOM VIDA/VIDA MRI System (3T) currently installed on site. The components and software will be used with the 3T MRI system for clinical use and research by the Radiology Department on site. Offeror quotations must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive. The technical specifications for this Brand Name Only Requirement are specified in Attachment B Salient Characteristics. The information identified provided is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality that will be satisfactory.
