Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0117 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for removing and replacing existing roofs with new sheeting and rolled roofing. This will include: installing underlayment materials, roof sheathing, sbs modified bitumen rolled roofing & associated trim, flashing, drip edge, waterproofing, and all other incidental work to complete the project. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Standard Code is 238160 The small business size standard is $19M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
