The contractor shall provide all management, oversight, coordination, materials, supplies, equipment, instruction, follow-up, and after-action course analysis required to deliver two full 10-day leader courses. The course will be classroom-based, with 50 students attending in the morning (0730-1200) and 50 students attending in the afternoon (1200-1630). Individual one-on-one sessions will be offered in the afternoon for morning course attendees and in the morning for afternoon course attendees. Spouses are invited to attend the second week. The contractor shall ensure the course is taught by a team of highly experienced and certified professionals with military experience and credentials in psychology, physical therapy, wellness, coaching, financial counseling, and leadership development.
