Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA3099-26-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry System code 238330 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered per the Statement of Work (SOW).
