Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1 New England Healthcare System, intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement, installation, training, and support of an enterprise wide Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) Delivery System. This requirement will establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering all VISN 1 Medical Centers. The forthcoming solicitation will be issued as a competitive procurement. Scope of Requirement VISN 1 intends to replace its aging fleet of AMRs with a modern, fully integrated robotic delivery solution. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, infrastructure, accessories, installation services, training, technical support, maintenance, documentation, and system configuration necessary to deploy a fully functional AMR system across participating medical centers.
