requirements contract for a quantity of 2 Each and 1 Lot CDRLs. The anticipated award date is

06 August 2026. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations received within 45 days after the date of publication of this will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
