Bill Young VA Medical Center has a complex pneumatic tube delivery system that requires regularly quarterly preventative maintenance on 10 blower shifters, 28 vacuum bypass valves, 89 send/receive stations, 70 distributions, and the operation software system. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete the

deliverables. Additional information will be provided within the Solicitation. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 04/10/2026 with responses due approximately 10 days thereafter.
