The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting , intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of regular preventative maintenance for a complex pneumatic tube delivery system with 10 blower air shifters, 28 vacuum bypass valves, 89 send/receive stations, 70 distribution stations, and the operational software system. REQUIREMENT: The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center has a complex pneumatic tube delivery system that requires regularly quarterly preventative maintenance on 10 blower shifters, 28 vacuum bypass valves, 89 send/receive stations, 70 distributions, and the operation software system. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete the

deliverables. Additional information will be provided within the Solicitation. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 04/10/2026 with responses due approximately 10 days thereafter. The solicitation will be available for download through the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
