The anticipated requirement will include secure embedded checkout functionality, server-side payment workflows, refund processing, vaulting of payment methods, reconciliation and reporting capabilities, administrative dashboard access, and compliance with applicable federal security, accessibility (Section 508), and operational
requirements. The Agency anticipates releasing the RFI on or before March 31, 2026. As part of the RFI, the Government expects to provide draft
requirements documentation and potential evaluation factors to obtain industry feedback prior to finalizing the solicitation. Upon release of the RFI, interested vendors may be invited to: Provide capability statements describing relevant experience Identify recommended approaches to meeting the stated outcomes Comment on feasibility, performance targets, and implementation considerations Provide feedback on draft
