Description

The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for two Side-by-Side UTV’s. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government’s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three qualified small business dealers or suppliers of UTV’s, whose primary commerical business is the sale of UTV's. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the
