This J&A does not cover the procurement of new hardware.
Scope is restricted to hardware support and maintenance only (to include subscription or license renewals if appropriate).
It is noted that the ordered hardware support or maintenance can be in effect longer than the duration of this class J&A as long as contract/order is issued during the covered period.
