The acquisition of commercial maintenance services for the AutoClear security x-ray machines at the Phoenix VA Regional Benefit .S.C. § 1901, as outlined in RFO FAR 12.102(a) Restricting Competition. This approach ensures compliance with federal procurement regulations while addressing the specific maintenance needs of the facility s security equipment. AutoClear has been identified as the exclusive maintenance provider capable of retaining the existing warranty for the security x-ray machines. By selecting AutoClear, the Veterans Benefits Administration ensures that the warranty on the equipment remains valid and the machines continue to operate at peak performance levels.
