This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI/Sources Sought) for market research purposes only. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting , is issuing this Sources Sought in order to identify capable firms and obtain information for planning purposes only. Responses must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST, March 27th, 2026. SUMMARY OF REQUESTED SERVICE: This requirement is for a vehicle lease contract with one base year and two option years, for the lease of one (1) non-CDL box trucks, for use on the VAMC Martinsburg campus located at 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405, too include routine vehicle maintenance. II.

BACKGROUND: The Martinsburg VAMC recently completed construction of a new dental clinic on campus. Due to equipment sterilization standards and

requirements, there is no way to sterilize dental equipment inside the new dental clinic. Used equipment is to be transported via one truck from the dental clinic to Building 500 on the Martinsburg VAMC campus for processing; clean, sterilized equipment is to be transported via the other truck from Building 500 to the new dental clinic. It is anticipated that each truck will make approximately 4 trips each weekday. Equipment will be loaded and unloaded at ground height, by rolling the equipment carts onto the van/truck via lift gate. III. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The trucks are to meet the following minimal salient characteristics: TRUCK 2: STERILIZED EQUIPMENT TRUCK 8 to 14 feet long Non-porous floor and sides Rear-loading with lift gate Equipment straps/racks/tie-downs Climate controlled, to maintain temperatures between 60°F and 72°F 115-volt Shore power connection hookup, to maintain climate control An additional characteristic, preferred but not required, is that trucks are to be visually distinct from each other.
