Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Wheelchair Van Transportation Services. This Transportation requirement is for the VA Altoona located in Altoona, PA 16602. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about April 10th, 2026. The full solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry System (NAICS) for this procurement is 485991 Special Needs Transportation; the size standard is $19 Million.
