Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide all necessary services and any additional equipment or materials necessary to perform a comprehensive sewer network connectivity survey. The project manager must possess Gijyutu-shi (equivalent to Professional Engineer) for the subject matter. Minimum qualifications of
key personnel shall include possession of land surveyor (Sokuryo-shi) or equivalent. The contractor shall provide copies of the licenses/certificates prior to award.
