Description

The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) requires a contract catered meals for 200 Soldiers in support of their Annual Training from 10-19 July 2026 at Sykesville Armory, 6501 Sykesville Rd, Eldersburg, MD, 21784.The contractor must provide timely, high-quality meals cooked under commercial standards and high-quality customer delivery.

All catered meals shall be delivered in proper containers 30 minutes prior to mealtimes (Lunch 11:30 am) each day starting on 10-19 July 2026.Food shall be maintained at safe temperatures, in accordance with Army Technical Bulletin Medical (TB Med) 530, Tri Service Food Code.The contractor shall comply with all National Food Code, ServSafe, and other applicable federal/state/local health guidelines.

The Contractor must comply with paragraphs 1.5; 1.6; 1.7; 1.10; 2.0; 3.0; and 4.0 of the Statement of Work to meet government needs.

Contractor shall provide all serving utensils needed for the meal.

Contractor shall delivery the food Only.

Designated government personnel will receive the food and serve the soldiers.
