The object of this sole source award is an instrument which requires a retesting program to requalify a single lot of S66 reference standard of PEN-866. This will generate a certificate of testing for this standard and provide this certificate to POB. To preserve data continuity, traceability and regulatory compliance, requalification must be conducted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
