Passport and Visa Courier and Administrative Support Services

TITLE: Passport/Visa Courier and Administrative Support Services for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) The NRC is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a requirement entitled, “Passport/Visa Courier and Administrative Support Services for the NRC.” The contractor shall provide the following services as requested by the NRC

Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) via issuance of delivery orders:

1) Pickup passports, passport applications, visas, and visa applications (travel documents) on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from NRC Headquarters located at 15555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland;

2) Deliver travel documents to the U.S. Department of State Special Issuance Agency located at 600 19th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. or the appropriate foreign embassy located in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and return delivery of the travel documents to the NRC COR or applicant;

3) Return travel documents to the NRC COR or applicant on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;

4) No later than 24 hours after the travel documents have been delivered or retrieved, provide the NRC COR or Alternate COR with telephone or e-mail confirmation that the travel documents have been delivered to or retrieved from the appropriate embassy, passport office, or applicant;
