Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (attached); 2. Incorporate FAR clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. ### This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0460 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Invasive Plant Research Lab (IPRL), has a requirement to replace flawed/damaged impact-resistant glasshouse panels and re-sealing all panels.
