Scope of Work The contractor shall provide subscription access to EBSCOhost databases hosted on EBSCO servers. The subscription shall allow unlimited simultaneous user access for FHCC staff, its affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), Navy Branch Clinics, and remote users through LibLynx (VALNET).
