The Department of Veterans Affairs is contracting for the correction of NFPA deficiencies in existing Bulk Oxygen storage tanks at multiple Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Massachusetts. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials for this project, which has a performance period of 275 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
The contractor will perform selective demolition and corrections to the Bulk Oxygen storage tanks at various Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, selective demolition, equipment, material, supervision, and disposal required for project 523-25-003. This work shall include correction of NFPA deficiencies of the existing Bulk O2 storage tanks at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Brockton, Massachusetts, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, and Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Roxbury, Massachusetts, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
