Work includes (summarized from specifications and drawings): • Full roof deconstruction and removal of existing roofing systems • Removal of existing underlayment, gutters, downspouts, fascia, and standing-seam metal roofing • Installation of: • R-30 nailbase insulation assemblies • Fire-resistant underlayment • New double-lock standing seam metal roofing • New gutters, downspouts, flashing, and trim • Insulated metal wall panels • Structural modifications at gable ends and lean-to transitions • Lightning protection system
