The purpose of amendment W911S226RA0010002 is to update Attachment 30 RFI Responses. Updates are to

questions 24, 25, and 26 only. The purpose of amendment W911S226RA0010001 was to extend the proposal due date, incorporate Attachment 30 to provide responses to all Request for Information received, add paragraph 2.3.3.3.1. to Section 00 21 16, Part II, Factor 3 (Price), and remove 52.219-4. The MICC - Fort Drum, is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Job Order Contract (JOC) under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, set aside for all eligible Small Business construction firms. The JOC will be used to fulfill repair, maintenance, demolition and minor construction

requirements on a variety of projects ranging from Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair

requirements, civil works operations and maintenance, small renovations, real property repair and maintenance. Potential projects include, but are not limited to, barracks, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers, physical fitness centers, maintenance shops, food service facilities, airfield structure, athletic fields, underground utilities, overhead utilities, gates, warehouses, auditoriums, and other general construction work deemed necessary to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Fort Drum mission

requirements.
