PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The GV Montgomery VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct the new CLC Residential Neighborhood. This construction project will build/renovate approximately 10,500 square feet of new CLC space on site of the existing VA Hospital. Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision, and transportation as necessary to perform all work in accordance with the construction specifications provided, drawings, all documents attached to the contract, all terms and conditions of this contract, and the statement of work. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in mid-June 2026. The
period of performance is approximately 540 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All
