Cle Elum Ranger District Toilet Cleaning Services

This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, transportation, and licenses necessary to perform toilet cleaning at several recreation sites for the Cle Elum Ranger District. The Contractor shall always provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contract includes Base Year, along with Option Years. Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in the service industry. The small business size standard is $22.0 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Service code is S201 Janitorial Services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Optional Years for a possible total of 5 years. Quoters must submit

pricing for Base Year and all Option Years. OPTION YEARS ARE NOT GUARANTEE. OPTION YEAR WILL BE EXERCISE DEPENDING ON THE CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE THE PRIOR YEAR. The
