Description

This performance based program is to replicate and enhance existing, successfully developed prototype shelter systems. Building on this proven foundation, the contractor will integrate cutting-edge technologies onto military and commercial shelter, trailer, vehicle and transit case platforms, rapidly addressing urgent

requirements for Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) solutions. The contractor will be responsible for integrating, delivering, fielding, training on, and demonstrating the Sensors platform integration systems., significantly enhancing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities for selected programs. A Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) will be utilized. Orders will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost No Fee Basis. The requirement was awarded sole source due to Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
