Description

The General Services Administration, (GSS) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Cleaning Compound, Hard Surface-Floor. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal. Delivery will be within the Continental United States and shipment must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. Prices are requested on an FOB Destination basis, including the vendor’s best delivery lead time. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. A vendor who meets all administrative compliance

requirements of the RFQ (submitted by the solicitation close date and time) will move forward to the final evaluation factor: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. If any required documents are not submitted, a required field is left blank or required clauses and provision fill-ins are not completed (as applicable), further consideration for award will not be made. Both RFQ and SF 1449 forms are attached to the RFQ posting on SAM.gov. These documents MUST be returned. 1. RFQ Fully Complete and Sign, along with any necessary provisions.
