Description

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Single Award Construction Contract (SACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for new construction, renovation, and repair of owned Service Processing Center (SPC) solicitation. The SACC is intended to serve as a highly flexible construction contracting vehicle to support mission-critical facility needs. All contractors will need to have capacity to manage Single Task Orders. The

scope of work under the SACC includes, but is not limited to: General construction. Alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities. Maintenance[ICE-OPLA2] and repair of buildings and infrastructure. Demolition of structures and facilities. Design-build services. New construction of buildings, facilities, and real property. This procurement is restricted to Large Businesses only The North American Industry System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 and the small business size standard is forty-five million. This competitive acquisition will result in a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with the ability to issue Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. The contract will have a base period of one (1) years from the date of award. The Government may include option periods as defined in the solicitation. ICE has worked to align the SACC acquisition with all applicable regulatory changes issued through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The model deviation text presented in the RFO may change as a result of formal and informal feedback prior to completion of the formal rulemaking process. The Government reserves the right to incorporate updated changes to this solicitation resulting from the RFO and related Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) updates in a subsequent amendment as soon as feasible or upon contract award.
