Objectives and Tasks: The purpose of this acquisition is to renew renewal of the existing Xytech Media Operations Platform license to maintain continuity of mission-critical event management functions. The system enables NIH to schedule and manage meeting rooms, multimedia equipment, and event services; track utilization; support financial reconciliation; and coordinate resources across NIH facilities. Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, Fabric (Xytech Systems, LLC) is the only organization who can provide the services needed.
