The 366 Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, the replacement of projectors and screens, the ceiling speakers, and additional microphones, to include installation and onsite training of event center personnel on all equipment IAW the specification sheet. - SITE VISIT MANDATORY - If you plan to attend the site visit on

28 July 2026 at 10:00am, you must submit your completed installation access paperwork (SFS Form

30) no later than 11 AM MST on

27 July 2026 to [email protected] and [email protected]. We will meet at the Event Center. A map is attached for your convenience. Real Compliance: In order to obtain base access for the site visit, all personnel must present identification compliant with the Real Non-compliant identification will result in denied entry. A Real Passport is necessary for base access. SFS Form 30 Accuracy: Please ensure Sections 1 through 10 are completely and legibly filled out. Incomplete or late submissions will not be processed, preventing site visit attendance. New Items Only Notice to Vendor(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs. 52.237-2 Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation. The Contractor shall use reasonable care to avoid damaging existing buildings, equipment, and vegetation on the Government installation. If the Contractor’s failure to use reasonable care causes damage to any of this property, the Contractor shall replace or repair the damage at no expense to the Government as the
