Total Evaluated Price (TEP) from Successful Offeror: $7,480,124.26 Evaluation of proposals was completed in accordance with Solicitation and RFO 12.203/RFO 15.103-2. The following factors were used to evaluate offers: Factor I - Technical Capability, Factor II – Past Performance and Factor III - Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance were determined to be of equal importance to price. Award was made to the contractor whose proposal conformed to the
