Description

This is a new requirement to execute a Design-Build project to replace and upgrade the end-of-life HVAC system in Building 462 at Tyndall AFB. Because the principal purpose of this project consists of highly specialized trade work, this requirement invokes the specialty trade construction limitations on subcontracting pursuant to FAR 52.219-14(e)(4).
