This notice is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quotations. No responses are requested at this time. The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19TX1026Q0002 on or about April 1, 2026, via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the RFQ is released. The Embassy requires inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and certification services for the ANSUL Piranha Water Assisted Wet Chemical Fire Suppression System installed in Embassy food service areas. All work must be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, applicable NFPA standards, and Department of State fire protection

requirements. This scope is intended to ensure the continued safe and effective operation of the fire suppression system. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. The Government may award the contract based on initial quotations without discussions. The requirement is expected to be structured as a one-time service; however, the RFQ will specify if a base year with option periods is included, subject to the availability of funds. Important Notice: All contractors must be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. There is no fee to register for SAM.gov. Detailed information, user guides, and webinars are available at https://www.sam.gov. Additional Information: No paper copies of the RFQ will be issued.
