The Department of Defense is procuring moving services under an IDIQ contract for the Army Corps of Engineers. Key requirements include disassembly, assembly, repairs, and inventory tracking of furniture, as well as the movement of general furnishings and heavy equipment up to 5,000 lbs.

There may be other modular systems furniture manufacturer’s products requiring similar services but these would be in limited quantities and isolated locations. Services will also include the movement of all other types of general , furnishings and equipment including filing safes weighing up to 5,000 lbs. Laboratory and testing equipment of various sizes and weights up to 5,000 lbs. shall also be moved from location to location or moved to a central location for disposal by the Government.
