The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-27 effective March 19, 2026. The associated North American Industrial System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112 with a Small Business (SB) of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). Also, the vender is required to submit in detail the items origins of manufacture country. Products manufactured origins will factor as part of the evaluation, products manufactured in the United States will take priority over products with trade agreement countries and countries outside the United States.
