Description
This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and RFO Part 12 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award will be made in accordance with the following: This acquisition is being solicited unrestricted. The North American Industrial System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 713940 - Fitness and Recreational Sports Center; with a size standard of $17,500,000.00. PSC Code U005, Memberships. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters has a requirement to purchase 70 fitness center memberships. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes must be received no later than Tuesday,
14 April 2026 5 pm EST. Electronic quotes submitted via email are required. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure the quote has been received by the contracting . Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(c) “Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers.” Upon receipt of the electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the Offeror. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for gym memberships to support physical fitness
requirements for seventy (70) military personnel. The facility must be within 0.5 miles of the GAO Building, located at 441 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.
