Construct Metal Building at Vance AFB, OK

This is a Combined for construction services issued to acordance with FAR 12.603 and FAR 36. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose is to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the construction of a 40' x 60' prefabricated metal building at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma, per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government has authorized ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors (AFGSC) the Prime Contractor to post this solicititation, contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. No contract award will be made until funds are available FAR 52.232-18. The Government and/or AFGSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation if funding does not materialize.

requirements of POC personnel. •Product data for key items (metal building, insulation, doors, panelboard, heaters, lights)

B. Price Proposal: Complete Appendix A - bid Form provided in the SOW package. Offerors shall ensure that all

pricing, terms and proposals conditions remain valid through September 30, 2026 due to anticipated funding schedule. Proposals not honoring this acceptance period may be deemed non-responsive.
