This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors are required to verify their small business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the socioeconomic requirement and small business size standard will not be considered for award. Specific
