The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a single firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with an available option period for the procurement of the following item. The solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis. Noun: Sieve Pack Assembly NSN: 6665-01-380-1680 Part Number: 5-15-17033 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Production Quantity: 268 EA Option Quantity: 268 EA First Article Testing is required unless waived. NAICS Code: 334511 : 6665 Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The associated solicitation, W912CH-25-R-0195, is anticipated for release within the next four weeks. All required technical information and specific due date and time will be provided in the solicitation. The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
