Description

The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials and supervision for a Loon Study A on the presence/absence of loons across 30 territories in Minnesota in accordance with the attached solicitation. 2.
