AMENDMENT 0003 is hereby posted to provide responses to additional Pre-Proposal Inquiries. - AMENDMENT 0002 Posted 03/09/2026- AMENDMENT 0001 Posted 03/02/2026The Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme, California has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number N3943026R0001 or a Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). NAVFAC EXWC has a requirement to support an Equipment Support Services (ESS) Contract that includes an Equipment Maintenance, Repair with Corrosion Prevention and Control (abatement and repair) program. Some of the services include operational repairs, maintenance (preventative and corrective) services, corrective repairs, washing, spot painting, corrosion prevention and repair for all Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), support vehicles, and Containerized Base Camp Facility items located at Naval Base Guam, Guam (NBG), or various locations off NBG, but still on the island of Guam. The closing date for receipt of proposals is

18 March 2026 as indicated on the solicitation. This acquisition is solicited as 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. NAVFAC EXWC anticipates the award of an IDIQ with base ordering period of sixty (60) months, and an extension of services period not to exceed six (6) months. Individual task orders under this contract will be firm fixed price (FFP). The Government intends to issue a seed task order in place of the minimum guarantee. The seed task order will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic contract. The estimated award date is August 2026. The maximum value of all task orders placed under this contract will not exceed $17,000,000.00. The solicitation and
