16 July 2026 at 9:00 am CDT at JBSA Lackland, TX. The meeting place will be the Luke East Gate visitor's center (2602 Luke Blvd, Lackland Air Force Base, TX 78236). Departure to the site will be promptly at 8:45 am CST. The Government WILL NOT provide transportation to travel between the sites. The Government reserves the right to dismiss any individual in attendance not adhering to the aforementioned safety measures. Recommend arriving 45 minutes earlier to sign in and retrieve your pass.
