This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. Solicitation number W15QKN-26-Q-A048 0003 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 202603.
