Backflow Repairs at the United States Merchant Marine Academy

This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is 6923G226Q000023 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) commencement activities support. The combined will result in a firm, fixed-price Purchase Order (PO)/contract. The USMMA is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide labor, parts, material, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision to provide Plumbing services. The contractor shall repair or replace several double check valves and R.P.Z’s for our water mains on campus. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. The associated North American Industrial System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with dollar threshold below $19 Million.
