Description

This Agreement is for the sole award for specific Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) of the USDB Textiles Warehouse (Building B1146 – 1251 USDB Road, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

66048) for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on Fort Leavenworth, KS. The contractor shall provide all supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and any other items necessary to complete various construction projects. This work may include but is not limited to the following: addition of an approximate 1,280 SF metal building ; repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical and fire protection and detection systems; repairs related to building renovation or demolition; interior remodeling work including carpentry, painting, floor and wall covering or finishes. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of managing numerous task orders at the same time, which will require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.
