The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Faclity, Chinle, Arizona intends to award multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with three (3) vendors for hearing aids and supplies: WS Audiology USA, Inc. Sonova USA Inc. GN Hearing Care Corporation dba Resound The anticipated

period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.
