This notice is made pursuant to FAR 5.101: NASA/KSC plans to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for the following commercial products or commercial services: protective services (refer to the “ ” section for more information). The type of set-aside and NAICS code is identified in the “ ” section. The size standard is $29.0 million. The anticipated release date of the RFP and anticipated proposal due date is specified in the April 13, 2026, Update. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which must be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The virtual presolicitation conference is open to all interested parties. The purpose of the conference is to provide an overview of NPSC-SR II

requirements and the draft request for proposal (DRFP) to improve understanding and increase efficiency in proposal preparation. The overview will be followed by a question and answer session. Individuals interested in attending the virtual presolicitation conference are requested to contact the
